Scrooge and Harry in a hospital ward.

Scrooge: Where is this place?

Harry: This is the infirmary at the District of Columbia Jail. I've spent quite a bit of time here.

Mary Jane: S-someone help me...

Scrooge: That woman looks familiar.

Harry: She ought to. You had her arrested in your outer office this evening.

Scrooge: Oh, right, the druggie.

Mary Jane: Ngk Ngk Ngk

Scrooge: I still say medical marijuana is humbug.

Harry: Those are the ghosts of drug warriors who wish now that they'd helped their fellow rather than persecute them. But, they have lost the ability to do good forever.

Scrooge: What's with all the chains?

Harry: We wear the chains we forged in life. I forged mine link by link and yard by yard. Of my own free will I forged them. I forged them with my many lies.  Come...
