PANEL ONE (upper half of page)
Make this a mind's eye within a mind's eye panel. We are perhaps
50 or 100 miles above the surface of a desolate, crater-scarred world
much like our own Moon except that there are extensive and busy
industrial facilities there, including rows, miles long and as far as
the eye can see, of construction cradles for ships.
All of them have ships' ribs sticking up.
Echeverria-Estrella (from out of panel): 'Everyone builds ships in the
facilities on the large moon, which is essentially airless. This is
where the mighty _Sweek Lestvoh_ and my own _Laploma D'wherra_ began
their metaphorical lives.'

PANEL TWO
Similar to moon panel. Seen from space, on the equator of Sibola,
a single building the size of Denver. It should be fairly low,
widespread, menacing, in somber colors, and have the logo of the
government on one of its flat, in-sloping sides: on a dark blue field,
five five-pointed yellow stars forming a pentagam, all points
downward, with a scarlet upper-case Greek delta in the center.
Narrative (Echeverria-Estrella): 'The government houses itself on
Sibola in a single immense structure -- more like a city, actually --
the Kryptagon.'
PANEL THREE
Back to another crude diagram on the drawing board. A line
connects Sibola and its large moon (which can be labelled, if
necessary).
Echeverria-Estrella: 'A slender bridge was built 500 years ago,
crossing space between the two worlds. It is a remarkable monument to
art and engineering. I pray you will not feel compelled to destroy
it.'
