PANEL ONE

Tarrant: 'Giving new meaning to the term 'shakedown cruise'.'

Bretta: 'I thought she was still under construction!'


PANEL TWO

Show the Sweek Lestvoh, with her vertical sails up only, against a starry background which includes the double-planet Sibola/Moon, and the two smaller moons.

Echeverria-Estrella: ' -- the fully operational _Sweek Lestvoh_
follows a large, irregular orbit about the entire system.'

Echeverria-Estrella: 'It is not a stable orbit, but requires a full
crew to maintain.'

PANEL THREE

Echeverria-Estrella with his back to the reader. Beyond him, we
see Krumm, Bretta, and some of the others.

Echeverria-Estrella: 'Now that your repairs are in, Captain Krumm, we
shall follow you discreetly as you fulfill your commission with regard
to _Sweek Lestvoh_, then assist you in the destruction of the navy
yards.'

Echeverria-Estrella: 'The destruction of those facilities, visible
from Sibola, is the signal for Halliwater's arrest.'
