PANEL ONE (upper lefthand quarter of page)

One of the Jendyne rocket planes strikes near the stern of
_Resplendent Quetzal_.

SFX: 'Blommmm!'

PANEL TWO (upper righthand quarter of page)

The rocket plane explodes, doing some damage to _Resplendent
Quetzal_ but, more importantly, causing it to start to tumble (shown
here by the hull being at a different angle than before) end over end.

SFX: 'KAWHOOM!'

PANEL THREE (lower lefthand quarter of page)

Now _Resplendent Quetzal_ is tumble-flying with its mast pointed
at the Moon. Behind it, looming in the distance, the slender thread of
the Moonbridge.

Krumm (aboard _Resplendent Quetzal_): 'Mr. Holder, send all idlers
aloft! We've got to regain control! Moonkatz, see what you can do with
the engines.'

PANEL FOUR (lower right quarter of page)

_Resplendent Quetzal_ continues tumbling toward the Moonbridge,
which has grown significantly closer. At the extreme upper corner,
_Kestrel_ flashes into the picture.

Narrative (Tarrant): 'I didn't know if I could do anything, but I had
to try.'
