PANEL ONE (upper half of page)
Side by side, in stationary orbit above Sibola's equator,
_Resplendent Quetzal_, _Sweek Lestvoh_, and _Laploma D'Wherra_. The
two smaller vessels have sent their planetary lifts down to the
surface, although all we can see in this panel is the cabelles exiting
the panel at the bottom.
At the stern of _Sweek Lestvoh_, a couple of steam launches and a
few men in spacesuits labor to reinstall its magnificent lift and
attach it to the severed cabelle. The lift is at a slant with regard
to the axis of the ship, being nudged and coaxed into place by its
handlers.
Narrative (Tarrant): 'As soon as the battle was over, we rescued the
Jendyne officers and crew Arran had put off _Sweek Lestvoh_, and
reinstalled the vessel's planetary lift.'

PANEL TWO
The three ships lined up in geo-synchronous orbit over Sibola, their lifts descending.
Narrative: 'Once that was accomplished, we all descended in our lifts to the surface of Sibola, at the invitation of Ambassador Demondion-Echeverria.'

PANEL THREE
Interior of _Sweek Lestvoh_'s planetary lift. The thing is very
large, at least three storys tall, consisting of a cargo deck atop two
passenger decks. We're seeing the lowest deck, reserved for people of
'quality'.
The place looks like a plush hotel lobby. It has velvet wallpaper.
There is oversized, heavily-upholstered furniture, some of it in the
form of what would be a horseshoe booth in a restaurant in our
culture. The predominant color is a medium blue. There are curtains,
held back by ribbons, at the portholes.
When possible, show Bretta's parents, to all appearences,
carefully minding their own business. Loreanna is knitting.
Tarrant is coming down a spiral set of stairs that follow the
outer wall. He's been up on the deck reserved for servants and
sailors. He meets Bretta at the foot of the stairs.
Tarrant: 'Bretta, might we have that talk you mentioned?'
Bretta: 'Surely, Hanebuth, here and now?'
Narrative: 'When the coast was clear, I came down from the servants
and sailors' deck.'
