The Islay Holdings upon moonringed Skye are sort of a cross
between a medieval castle and a Renaissance palace. Built of white
_legos_ by the little-known previous human occupants of the planet
during the 'first wave' of colonization, the front of the four-storey
building looks out over a broad meadow a couple of miles square, where
peasants pick mushrooms and berries.
Before the building there is a broad bricked driveway which wraps
around it on either side. To the right there are a number of low
outbuildings, including a garage-like machine shop the windows of
which look out onto a sort of courtyard between it and the side of the
castle.
The higher one goes on the building, the less Renaissance and the
more medieval it becomes, so that the roof has crennelated
battlements before it begins to peak, and there are round towers on
each corner. One of those towers holds Bretta's room, which was
occupied by her father when he was a boy.
In front of the huge two-story double doors (in a Norman-style
arch) just now is the animal cart, from which Demondion-Echeverria,
Krumm, and Tarrant are alighting. Tarrant plays the role of a servant
and helps with the luggage, including his own duffel.
Bretta is there to greet them -- she has not put on the dress --
while a number of servants, male and female, stand at attention.
Bretta (her arms flung wide): 'Welcome, my dear friends, to the
Holdings of the family Islay upon moonringed Skye!'
PANEL TWO
While the others watch (cram as many of them as you can into the
panel), Demondion-Echeverria 'makes a leg' extravagantly, one arm
thrown backward and up, while he takes Bretta's hand and kisses it.
The rear of the cart is just seen departing, stage right.
Demondion-Echeverria: 'How delightful to see you once again, my dear.'
Bretta: 'And you, Ambassador.'

PANEL THREE
Bretta has thrown herself at Krumm. We see her from the back,
more or less plastered to the captain as they hug each other.
Bretta: 'Oh, Phoebus! I'm so sorry about Tula and Tillie!'
Krumm: 'As am I, dear Bretta, as am I.'
----------------------------------------------------------------------
PANEL FOUR
Now he holds her hands in his and spreads them wide, looking her
up and down.
Krumm: 'But I am that glad to see you after all this time. You've
grown!'
Bretta: 'I've grown _up_!'
----------------------------------------------------------------------
PANEL FIVE
Bretta partly turns to see Tarrant as he bends over to pick up
some luggage. He turns his head to look up at her, with an index
finger over his lips.
Bretta: 'Can that be -- ?'
Tarrant: 'Shhhh!'
