Now it's Rhonda and Ed. Rhonda leans on a railing and calmly to Ed. Ed is still seething but keeping control.
Rhonda: Here's how it's going to go down.
Rhonda: You, or some other Belter, are going to start a fight … initiate aggression, with one of my men.

Rhonda: You will yell insults about the UW, call the soldier names, punch him and kick him while he is down.
