his ability to recover.'

Echeverria-Estrella: 'Still, Captain, we've sought you out to persuade
you ... '


PANEL THREE

Looking at the group from the window-side of the room.

Echeverria-Estrella (spreading his hands): ' ... to destroy the navy
yards on Sibola's moon. We'll see to your repairs, give you our
toledo technology, and stand at your back as you strike.'
