PANEL ONE (lefthand half of page)

The new ship. In the bottom half of this panel, we are looking
down from some height -- about that of the first tier of spars and
sails -- on the maindeck and _three_ levels of stepped-back
quarterdecking of the newcomer vessel. Below, we can see the tiny
figures of individual human beings.

Beyond the outermost commanddeck taffrail, we're looking down at
an angle, another hundred feet or so onto the maindeck of _Resplendent
Quetzal_, which is in pretty bad shape.

Narrative: 'The newcomer brought herself alongside _Resplendent
Quetzal_.'

PANEL TWO (upper righthand quarter of page)

Krumm, Holder, Moonkatz, and Demondion-Echeverria on the command
deck of _Resplendent Quetzal_ when a crossbow quarrel strikes the deck
at an angle pointing back at the new ship.

If possible, show the piece of paper wrapped around it.

They look quite startled.

SFX (quarrel striking deck): 'Whunk!'

PANEL THREE (lower righthand quarter of page)

Closeup on the quarrel, with Holder's hand reaching down to it.
Now we can clearly see that there's a document wrapped around it, tied
with a bit of string.

Holder (from out of panel): 'Seems t'be a message, sir!'
