One Dollar Sale Continues!

$1 Books Plus Shipping!

Hard to believe it, but Big Head Press published it's first novel, over 20 years ago. To commemorate our stubborn longevity, we continue to stubbornly offer each of our non serialized graphic novel stories for just one mere American dollar (plus shipping). Start your holiday shopping early and light up some body's mind with one or more of these titles.

Offer only available in the United States.

Kickstarter Success!

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!

Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

All of this should show up in June.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Three-shot of Bert, Ernie and Tobi at the table, focus on Tobi, still talking, while the brothers sip their drinks thoughtfully..

Tobi: Do you know why Earthers can't get personal fusion power?

Tobi: Because cheap, reliable power was a threat to Earth's legacy fossil-fuel interests.

Panel 2
Typical Terran living room. Cramped space, worn upholstery, but there's a 52-inch holovision monitor on the wall, and the family is watching. On the screen a big-haired newsreader in the lower left corner is reading a story, while a large graphic appears behind and to her right. It has a small personal fusion box superimposed on a mushroom cloud rising behind it, and the large text reading 'FUSION MENACE.'

Caption (Tobi): 'The UW blamed them for everything from nuclear winter to dandruff.'

(2): 'They are banned to everyone except the military and the politically connected.'

Panel 3
Three-shot of the brothers and Tobi at the table. Bert is asking a question.

Bert: And personal fusion units are relevant to some guy trying to kill you, how?

Tobi: Oh, yeah ...
