Tall panel, the VTOL plane a bit above the half-way point, we can see some of The Little Prince below.

Bert (from inside plane): The Little Prince isn't so little once you get up close.

Nisa (from inside plane): It has a surface area of over 330 square kilometers.

Panel 2
Inside cabin, focus on Bert and Nisa, although we might see Ernie and Mac behind them.

Bert (eyes raised, doing math in his head): Let's see, less the water you – we – are bringing in, that leaves 120 sq. km of dry land.

[Note to Sandy: San Fran is 121 sq. km. I jiggered the water area a bit so we could end up with a land area close to that.]

Nisa: Yep, spread among dozens of islands.

Panel 3
Shift focus to Ernie and Mac. All smiles.

Ernie: That's nearly as much area as old San Francisco.

Mac: Not bad for an estate.
