One Dollar Sale Continues!

$1 Books Plus Shipping!

Hard to believe it, but Big Head Press published it's first novel, over 20 years ago. To commemorate our stubborn longevity, we continue to stubbornly offer each of our non serialized graphic novel stories for just one mere American dollar (plus shipping). Start your holiday shopping early and light up some body's mind with one or more of these titles.

Offer only available in the United States.

Kickstarter Success!

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!

Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

All of this should show up in June.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Reggie is stepping back in alarm from the form of the Alien monster that Fantasy Fiorella has morphed into. (Remember, he's still naked, use camera angle/shadows to hide his junk.)

Reggie: Gaaah!

Panel 2
Small panel, Reggie suddenly looking downward ...

Reggie: Huh?

Panel 3
… At his own feet, which are wearing the Ruby Slippers from the Wizard of Oz.

Reggie: Huh!

Panel 4
Reggie glances back up at the Alien, who we can see a bit of from behind.

Reggie: There's no place like home ...

Panel 5
Looking at Reggie's feet again, he's clicking the heels of his shoes together.

Reggie: … There's no place like home, there's no place like home!

Panel 6
Sequence of three panels – in each, we see Reggie from behind looking at the phantom which is now Fiorella again. In the first panel, she is smiling at him.

No dialog.

Panel 7
Now she has faded away – we still see a bit of an outline of her, but her smile is still solid (like the Cheshire Cat's in Alice In Wonderland).

No dialog.

Panel 8
Now the smile is fading away, just barely showing a trace of an outline here.

No dialog.

Panel 9
Medium close-up of Reggie, looking a bit frazzled.

Reggie: I have often seen a girl without a grin, but never a grin without a girl.
