One Dollar Sale Continues!

$1 Books Plus Shipping!

Hard to believe it, but Big Head Press published it's first novel, over 20 years ago. To commemorate our stubborn longevity, we continue to stubbornly offer each of our non serialized graphic novel stories for just one mere American dollar (plus shipping). Start your holiday shopping early and light up some body's mind with one or more of these titles.

Offer only available in the United States.

Kickstarter Success!

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!

Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

All of this should show up in June.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
At Callahan's. Bert, Ernie, Reggie, Guy, Babbette the Elder, Vinnie (from way back in strip 30), and Callahan himself, gathered in one of those large, circular corner booths. Bert is holding court, talking about their adventure. Seating order isn't important except that the Brothers are sitting together, Babbette is next to Reggie, and Mike Callahan is sitting next to the open side of the circle, so he can quickly exit if needed elsewhere.
Callahan is burly exomorph, with thick red hair closely cropped, a handlebar mustache, and hairy arms. He should be wearing a colored vest over a white shirt with its long sleeves rolled up almost to his elbows.

Bert: … jacked into her AI and had her lower the oxygen content to the point those three jokers passed out.

Panel 2
Closer 2-shot of the Brothers. Ernie is looking at Bert slightly askance, but not unhappily. Bert glances back at his brother as he speaks.
Bert: After that, it was only a matter of coming aboard, locking up the pirates and going to pick up my heroic brother who had assisted in my jump to Dactyl.

Panel 3
Swing around so we see Callahan at one end of the panel, and some of the others turning to look at him. Bert should also be in this shot, looking serious.
Callahan: I have a question.
Callahan: How come you didn't cut off the air completely?
