Panel 1
Wally's pummeling is interrupted when a stranger – a Belter, 40-ish, not quite as big as the Mugger – happens upon the scene, approaching from the direction of the Spaceport. (The Belter has a gun on his hip but he's not going for it now.)
Stranger: Hey! What the hell are you doing to that kid?

Panel 2
The Mugger has dropped Wally and is squaring off with the stranger when three more witnesses, two men and a woman, appear behind him. Mix their ethnicities as you see fit. They are also locals, and carrying arms.
Mugger: Mind your own ...
Witness: Holy Higgs, is that the Spaceport Mugger?

Panel 3
The Mugger grabs the first stranger and throws him bodily towards the three new interlopers.
Stranger: Ghaaa!!
Witness: Look out!

Panel 4
The Mugger takes off running towards the Spaceport, in great bounding leaps. Two of the witnesses and the Stranger take off after him guns drawn, the third (the female) stays behind to tend to the battered Wally.
Witness: Get that fucker!
