On Their Way....

This is a message for the IGG QV9 backers! For those of you who ordered physical perks, they are on their way via USPS. For those of you who selected one or more of the PDF perks, you should have received an email from DriveThruComics.com. That email contains links to the vouchers you need to download your copy of the PDF you requested.

If you haven't seen it yet, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find the email from DriveThruComics, let us know and we'll get the links you need.

Signing and Shipping

Scott signing QV9 books.

Scott has finished autographing all the books, and we've started shipping them out. Your physical perks should show up in the next week or so (might be a bit longer for international shipments). We expect to send out vouchers (via email) to those who wanted the PDF e-books.

Once again, many thanks to our backers. Stand by for further updates.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Large panel. A montage of Babbette doing various simple jobs: Driving her taxi (with passengers), carrying a large stack of boxes (remember Cererean gravity), scrubbing a toilet, mopping a floor.
Caption (Reggie): 'Babbette worked relentlessly. No job was too lowly, as long as it paid well enough to help her accomplish her goal.'

Panel 2
Babbette at her desk in her bedroom, counting coins of various types stacked on her desk. She has aged about three Terran years, and looks slightly older than she appeared in the Fly, Robyn Fly arc.
Caption (Reggie): 'One and a half Martian years later, she had put aside 175 grams of gold.
Caption: 'It was time for her to officially become a mensch.'

Panel 3
Babbette and Reggie in Reggie's private office. The mood is up-beat.
Babbette: It's time for my 'coming out' party.
Reggie: I like the idea of a party. You can use my church, for free.

Panel 4
Looking over Reggie's shoulder at Babbette. She's holding up her hand palm outward in a gesture of objection.
Babbette: I won't accept a freebie, but I'd be happy to rent the church for the evening.
Reggie: Okay, two grams of gold for the night.

Panel 5
Two-shot, from the side, of Babbette and Reggie, Babbette leaning forward with one elbow on Reggie's desk, Reggie leaning back, looking surprised.
Babbette: One gram.

Panel 6
Two-shot of Reggie and Babbette. Reggie has recovered from his surprise, and is grinning as he speaks.
Reggie: Okay, one and a half grams.
Babbette: One and a half grams, but you throw in unlimited plays on the karaoke machine.

Panel 7
Both of them sitting back in their chairs, laughing.
Reggie: Done and done!
SFX (both): Hahahahahahahahaha!
