Panel 1
Scene in Vinnie's office, a roomy, fairly comfortable office/study with a lot fewer nick-nacks and wall decorations than Reggie's, but not entirely austere either. Vinnie is seated at his desk, and two other merchants flank him on either side. Standing in front of the desk are Sam and Jim. We are angled to see Sam's and Jim's faces and in this frame they look a bit alarmed.
Vinnie: We are going to arbitration and seeking indentured servitude for your son.

Panel 2
Swing around and truck in to show a three-shot of Vinnie and whoever is standing on either side of him in the previous frame.
Vinnie: However, we will refrain from such drastic action if you will agree to place Jim in the Space Scouts.

Panel 3
Jim and Sam are Ceres-walking away from Vinnie's shop, which is 'Vincent's Fabricator Repair and Refurbishing'
Jim: I can't believe you agreed to this bloody Space Scouts thing.
Sam: I am told that most people here have been members of this group.

Panel 4
They continue walking. Jim is doing a slow-burn, Sam is looking nonchalant.
Sam: I don't have the resources here I had back home, and this looks like your easiest out.
