One Dollar Sale Continues!

$1 Books Plus Shipping!

Hard to believe it, but Big Head Press published it's first novel, over 20 years ago. To commemorate our stubborn longevity, we continue to stubbornly offer each of our non serialized graphic novel stories for just one mere American dollar (plus shipping). Start your holiday shopping early and light up some body's mind with one or more of these titles.

Offer only available in the United States.

Kickstarter Success!

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!

Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

All of this should show up in June.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
In the common area, we see the teens (don't have to show all of them, just several of the kids) gathered around a large viewscreen, which presently shows a large black mass with a bit of Sweet Liberty's landing gear thrust into it, up to about a meter deep (POV is from a camera on the ship's hull). No gravity here to speak of, everyone floats and holds themselves in place via hand-grips. Lili is in the hatchway leading towards the control room. Libby and Robyn had made it out ahead of her and are close-by, trying not to look guilty. But Lili is ignoring them and addresses the whole group.
Lili: Everyone okay in here?
Ben: Yeah, but what was that crunching noise about?

Panel 2
Medium close-up on Lili, looking calm but also concerned.
Lili: We don't know yet. Ernie is on the t-comm to an expert right now.

Panel 3
Cut to Dr. Harmon – keep the background vague, as at this point he's either enroute to Venus, or at one of the floating cities over Venus, or perhaps on a Venusian airship expedition. We can discern only that he's seated on a chair. We first saw Dr. Harmon during the 'Big Heads' arc. He's holding a comm to his ear.
Harmon: Ernie! What can I do for you?
Harmon: Great, I love mysteries. Does it involve strange runes on a huge, monolithic artifact?
