One Dollar Sale Continues!

$1 Books Plus Shipping!

Hard to believe it, but Big Head Press published it's first novel, over 20 years ago. To commemorate our stubborn longevity, we continue to stubbornly offer each of our non serialized graphic novel stories for just one mere American dollar (plus shipping). Start your holiday shopping early and light up some body's mind with one or more of these titles.

Offer only available in the United States.

Kickstarter Success!

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!

Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

All of this should show up in June.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Ernie pulls himself along the hand-rails to the vehicle of his choice, with a frustrated Bert following, and Big Bird flying alongside merrily.
Big Bird: An excellent choice, sir!
Bert: No, it's not.
Ernie: Aw c'mon, Bert, I've wanted to try one of these out since I was a little kid.
Panel 2
Reveal of Ernie's new love – it's a replica of George Jetson's flying car. With the low-slung carriage, high dome, giant stabilizer fin on the back, a pair of bench seats that could have come out of a 1964 Ford Fairlane, with a joystick/tiller controller, resting on three landing-wheels. (Actually, held in place by some clamps for the moment.)
Ernie: And so have you.
Bert: No, I haven't.
Panel 3
The bros are in the car – Ernie in the front, at the controls grinning broadly; Bert in the back seat, looking annoyed. The dome is opened (it rotates back into the back part of the carriage) at this point. 'Big Bird' hovers nearby.
Big Bird: I will fly along outside your vehicle, and help direct you through traffic.
Ernie: Lead on, Fosdick!
Panel 4
The flying car exits the hangar, with 'Big Bird' flying alongside and slightly ahead. (We're still too close to the back of the monolith to see that it looks like a colossal Han Solo encased in carbonite.)
Big Bird: Please refer to the route map on your monitor.
Ernie: Hey, if I have a map why do I need a guide?
Bert: To keep you from getting lost, obviously.
