Panel 1
All of the events inside the building take place in pitch blackness. The girls can see because of their night-vision visors. We can see the action because the we'll pretend the reader also has night-vision visors. So, all the tones are flat (no highlight or shadow), and the gray-scale range is 20% to 70%. We should be able to see the characters clearly and stuff like doors and corridors should be discernible.
Mac and Nisa make their way up a darkened stairwell. Nisa leads the way. Both of them have their handguns drawn and ready.
Nisa: Living quarters are on the third floor.
Mac: Ugh. Wouldn't you know. Ernie was right about the gravity here.
Panel 2
Mac and Nisa enter a corridor through an opened door. The corridor is dark.
Nisa: I think you're getting soft, dearie ...
Mac: Sh!! I hear something.

Panel 3
The girls encounter Nowra and Neanne. We see the latter two from behind, and in the middle background, facing them, Mac and Nisa with their firearms aimed and ready. The teen-agers are startled, but the girls are well-trained.
Nisa (shouts): HALT!
