Second times a charm. The epic QUANTUM VIBE: This Means War story concludes with Part 3, and we require funds to publish a print volume. To sweeten the pot a bit, a 3 pack of the print and PDF copies of all three parts of the This Means War story is a new perk. The stickers and magnet add-ons for the Project for a Free Cosmos concept (explained in the story) are available. Panel 1
Leon proudly gives the crew an update.
Terry: Did he--
Leon: Yes, he really said, 'Just send me the backstory to our agreement, so I don't trip on my dick.'
Leon: So anyway, we now have the Russians and President Taylor in on the gag.
Panel 2
Leon moves away from the group, perhaps they are all back on the bridge.
Leon: However, the rest of the treaty members are really pissed. Especially the Japanese, for some reason.
Leon: So I'm going to take my working notes into my cabin and woodshed my speech until showtime.

Leon has re-entered his quarters. He looks obviously nervous, like all the stress is catching up with him.
