Panel 1
Reggie, Guy and Babbette are walking Ceres-style towards Babbette's cab. Guy is still carrying his diplomatic valise.

Reggie: Ceres social structure – if you can call it that – is pretty much a pure anarchy.


Panel 2
Closer in on Reggie and Guy, moving along, Guy challenges Reggie.

Guy: But how can an society exist without rules?

Panel 3
They're at the cab. Babbette is holding Guy's door (on the driver's side) open for him to step in as Reggie enters from the other side. Reggis is still speaking, Guy is still looking confused.

Reggie: Oh, anarchy doesn't mean no RULES, it means, no RULERS.

Reggie (2): That's something quite different.


Panel 4
Reggie and Guy, sitting and looking at each other in the back of the cab, while Babbette gets settled at the controls. Guy is giving Reggie a look as if to say, 'You really expect me to believe this shit?'
