QV on a short break

QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.

In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.

Not-Safe.Space is a NSFW strip but more than half the pages are SFW so I've set those to *not* require a Patreon membership. Readers should be able to follow the story without seeing the NSFW pages. If I've done this right.

Panel 1
Back to Willy Norman's office in Tower Control. Norman is not looking happy, Robyn is leaning forward and talking through clenched teeth.

Robyn: Mr. Norman, I'm only fifteen..

Robyn: Don't you think that's a bit young for a personal … uh, assistant?

Panel 2
Looking over Robyn's shoulder as she talks to Norman. His eyes widen and his nostrils flare as she apparently crosses the line.

Robyn: Just how many fifteen-year-olds have you had – as … uh, assistants, that is, Mr. Norman?

Now it's Norman's turn to look angry. He leans forward and stabs his index finger on top of his blotter as he growls at her.

Norman: Plenty, Missy, and you'd be wise to keep a civil tongue in your mouth.

Norman: I can make things so much better for you during your stay in the Tower …

Norman: … or so much worse.

Norman leans back in his chair, intertwines his fingers over his belly, and looks at Robyn through narrow eyes.

Norman: You seem like a pretty direct girl, so I'll be direct with you.
Norman: You will be one of my personal assistants whether you like it or not.
