Panel 1
Scene – the pedestrian causeway leading from the Spaceport. Wally loiters in a recess. He's obviously waiting for something.
Wally (thought): If my theory is correct, the next attack will occur soon, and close to here.

Panel 2
A pair of teenagers, male and female, stumble by carrying large bags. They're obviously Terrans (Let's make them Indians (from India, not the Americas)) just off the boat. Wally eyes them intently. .
Wally (thought): Hmmm. Usually the victims have been alone, but I have a hunch ...

Panel 3
The teenagers are about 20 meters past Wally, when suddenly the Mugger leaps out from another recess just behind the pair and knock their heads together, hard. The Mugger is tall, muscular, caucasian, thuggish-looking.
SFX: Chonk!

Panel 4
The Mugger is going through his victims' pockets, as Wally steps out into the causeway, looking angry.
Wally (thought): Son of a bitch.
