The capsules streaks along the track now running up and down in short hills.

The track and capsules suddenly bank and turn directly towards the canyon wall.
Caption : … then swept sideways into the face of the wall.

Panel 4
The track and capsule-train plunges into a 4-meter-wide lava tube which appears just past a rocky out-cropping.
Caption: At the last second, a lava tube opening appeared around an outcropping.
Caption: It swallowed the capsule and instantly plunged the riders into total darkness.
