Now looking past Ed and Chang at Rhonda, who gloats.
Rhonda: Anyway, you cannot believe how difficult it was to get her away from the cameras and into the baggage container in the run-about.

Panel 2
Two-shot of Rhonda and Chang, who is interjecting tersely.
Rhonda: We had to chloroform the little bitch. She fought like a wildcat.
Chang: Captain Jones, we cannot take hostages! This is illegal, immoral!

Panel 3
Rhonda's expression turns icy as she nearly hisses at Chang.
Rhonda: Captain Chang, you will not question my command decisions again.
Rhonda: And my orders against fraternizing with the enemy apply to you, too. Now, get back to base.

Chang turns to walk back into the hotel, he turns to say his last line to Rhonda, who responds with a threatening look but says nothing.
Chang: Yes, Commissar.
