Not-Safe.Space Kickstarter!

UPDATE to the UPDATE: The problem has been solved, all rewards are now available. I've extended the campaign an extra day, to April 21. Thanks for bearing with me!

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Scott is gearing-up for his third Not-Safe.Space Kickstarter campaign!

(Not-Safe.Space is Scott's sexy spin-off of QUANTUM VIBE.)

For those of you who haven't signed up for one of the NSFW Patreon tiers, this will be the best way to get in on the action for a very reasonable price.

Go to THIS link. The campaign starts March 16 and runs through April 20.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Full-length shot of Jim, a Pakistani youth of not quite 16 years who had grown up in the UK sector on Terra. Dressed in the 22nd-Century equivalent of urban gangsta, he affects a tough pose. In the background we can see a bit of a gritty London back-street.
Caption: His birth name is Jemal but he adopted the Western name 'Jim' to fit in with the British Sector, where he was born and grew up.
Caption: It didn't work – in Britain he was a 'wog,' 'paki' or 'black' no matter what he called himself.

Panel 2
Jim is now walking menacingly down a mean street with a half-dozen other dark-skinned youths, dressed in similar styles.
Caption: Jokers Wild had been his solution.
Caption: By organizing other boys of color, he created a unified response to the taunts and abuse of the whites. It worked … after a fashion.

Panel 3
Sami ('Sam'), Jim's father, is a short but stout Pakistani man dressed impeccably in a 22nd-century business suit, standing at one end of a conference table in a board room at which are seated four white gentlemen and three women, all in high-power business attire. They are all looking at Sam and Sam is not looking comfortable.
Caption: Jim's father, Sami (a.k.a. 'Sam') had been a minor UW functionary who'd been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
Caption: The scandal would prove embarrassing to higher functionaries, so …

Panel 4
Jim, Sami, and a middle-aged Pakistani woman are standing in the lobby at the Ceres Spaceport, looking around, with a mixture of apprehension and anticipation.
Caption: Sam and his family were allowed to 'escape' from Terra.
