PANEL ONE (upper lefthand quarter of page)
The table. At its head, far right, stands Lia. At the side closest
to the reader (on Lia's left) Krumm has turned to look at Tarrant, who
now occupies the place at the foot of the table. Visible between the
two men, offset a little on the other side of the table, stands
Demondion-Echeverria.

The visual emphasis here should be on the way the gigantic Krumm
towers over the relatively diminuitive Tarrant.

A virtual frog hops across the table. Lia still has the dragonfly
on her finger.

Tarrant: 'Only in a manner of speaking. Upon the blighted surface of
Earth herself, no living thing survives, the planet having been
rendered uninhabitable by a thermonuclear exchange 1000 years ago.'

Two-shot, Lia (centered) and Krumm.

Lia: 'My esteemed Aunt Anastasia governs from Earth's Moon,
terraformed these past five cent -- '

Krumm: 'Yes, Ceo, I know the old stories.'

comically over her, but she's clearly in control.

Lia (with mock severity): 'You interrupt your sovereign, Captain.
Shall I take it as a sign of your zeal to proceed with the mission?'

Krumm: 'Mission, my Ceo?'

PANEL FOUR (lower right quarter of page)

Shot from between Lia and Krumm, diagonally down the table to
Tarrant. Lia's right hand is held palm up, indicating Tarrant.

Lia: 'Yes, we have digressed. Some days ago, Hanebuth arrived with a
warning. By chance, at that very moment, I was closeted with another,
intent upon warning me, as well.'
