Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

Strip 57

Four equal size panels all showing the same scene, Fiorella and Babbette and Guy and Ernie watching the hokey game. Bit by bit Guy becomes a fan, despite himself. No dialog.

Panel 1
Ernie and Babbette are leaning forward in rapt attention to the game. F is sitting comfortably, also watching the game. Guy is leaning back, looking off to the side as if he’s being bored to death.

Panel 2
Ernie and Babbette are cheering as the Ice Hammers score a goal. Now Fiorella is leaning forward, getting absorbed into the contest. Guy is still leaning back but now his gaze has turned towards the field in a desultory curiosity.

Panel 3
Ernie and Babbette are on their feet, pumping their fists, as the Ice Hammers make another charge towards a goal. Fiorella is also pumping her fists although not yet standing.

Panel 4
Now Guy and Fiorella are both standing and cheering. Ernie and Babbette (also standing) exchange knowing glances.
